Processing Time for Personalised Products

• Custom Products: All personalised items are made to order, which means they take additional time to process. Typically, our processing time for personalised products is 7-10 business days. During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), processing times may be slightly longer, and we recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.
• Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your personalised product. If there are any issues with your customisation, we will contact you promptly.

Shipping Time

• Standard Shipping: Once your personalised product has been created and is ready to ship, it will be sent via post with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days.

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing (for international orders).

Shipping Costs

• Standard Shipping: We offer flat-rate shipping on personalised products, with a cost of £3.50 for domestic orders. International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination.
• Free Shipping: For orders over £75, we offer free standard shipping on personalised products within the UK.

International Shipping

• We do not offer international shipping at the moment but we are working hard on this and hope to offer this soon.

Address Accuracy

• To ensure smooth and timely delivery, please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for any delays or additional charges due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with the quality or personalisation of the item (e.g., incorrect engraving, spelling errors caused by us, or defective products). If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your product, and we will assist you in resolving the matter.
